Essential storage

The key cv-consent in your browser’s local storage records whether you accepted preferences or rejected them, and the time of that choice. It is how the banner stays dismissed. It is not sent to us. Clearing site data for shinecar.pro removes it, and the banner returns.

Preferences, only if you allow them

If you press Accept, or you open Choose and leave Preferences ticked, two things are stored. A first-party cookie named cv_pref, value 1, path /, SameSite Lax, kept for about 180 days, marks that preference storage is allowed. The key cv-service in local storage keeps the last service you selected in the bay form, so a later visit can show it again. We do not use either one to follow you across other sites.

If you press Reject non-essential, or you save a choice with Preferences unticked, cv_pref is deleted if it was there, and cv-service is removed. The essential consent record remains so we know not to ask on every page.

What we do not use

No analytics cookie. No advertising cookie. No third-party cookie. The typefaces are files on this site. The bay form does not submit to a server. The map link on the atelier page opens OpenStreetMap only if you click it.

Change the choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer. That opens the banner again. You can also delete cookies and site data for this host in the browser. The banner is part of the same privacy duties described in the privacy notice, under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment No. 13 from 14 August 2025.
