Wheels
Faces, not a new set of alloys.
Iron fallout, a careful pass on the face, then ceramic on the face. A set of four. We do not straighten a bent wheel.
What is in the number
The faces are decontaminated and, where the finish allows, refined with a machine pad. Powder coat and painted faces can be refined. Bare polished aluminium that is already pitted by salt is cleaned and protected. We do not promise the pits will vanish. Years of coastal air do that to unprotected metal.
Barrels are done when we can reach them without damaging the tyre. A wheel that has to come off for access is agreed before we start. Kerb rash that has broken through to metal, cracks, and bends are outside this tariff. Those need a wheel repairer. We will say so at intake rather than polish over a crack.
The ceramic on a wheel face is the same family as the paint coat and just as thin. It makes brake dust release. It does not stop a kerb.
Wheel tariff, set of four
| Build | City car | Sedan | SUV | Sports |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Faces and ceramic | NIS 890 | NIS 1,060 | NIS 1,360 | NIS 1,770 |
Sports is the higher figure because the faces are larger or more concave, not because of a badge. Usually finished inside a day beside other work, or on its own in a day.
