When there is a contract

Filling in the form on this site does not reserve a bay and does not form a contract. A contract starts when the studio confirms the car, the work, the price, and the day, by WhatsApp or by email. Until that reply, the day is free for someone else.

Prices and VAT

Every tariff on this site is in shekels and includes value added tax at 18%, the standard rate in force through 2026. The invoice splits the net amount and the VAT, as the Value Added Tax Law requires. If the statutory rate changes before the invoice date, the invoice uses the rate then in force and the net price of the work is the agreed VAT-inclusive figure divided by 1.18. A car that is larger than the class on the build sheet, or paint that is not in the condition you described, is requoted before work starts. You can refuse the new figure and take the car away. If no work has started and no film has been cut, no fee is due.

Deposits

A confirmed booking needs a deposit of 30% of the confirmed price. We ask for it only after we confirm. This website does not take a card number. The deposit is paid by bank transfer or by an agreed payment app, and it is held against the invoice. Film that has to be plotted for your panels may be cut against that deposit.

Cancellation

More than five days before the agreed arrival, the deposit is returned. If protection film has already been cut for your panels, the published price of that cut film is deducted, and any balance of the deposit returns. If the cut film costs more than the deposit, we invoice only that difference, not labour we did not perform.

From five days before arrival down to 48 hours before arrival, the deposit is returned minus one bay day of NIS 700 including VAT.

Under 48 hours, or if the car does not arrive and the day has not been moved by agreement, the deposit is retained. We do not add a further cancellation charge on top of the deposit.

Paint that is already damaged

At intake we photograph the car and read paint thickness. Chips, resprays, thin clear coat, peeling clear, and prior bodywork are recorded and remain your responsibility. We may refuse a stage rather than polish through thin clear coat. We may refuse to film over a chip that is open to the primer. Those refusals are not a breach. They are the work we said we would not fake.

What is not promised

A stone can cut through 190–210 µm of film and still mark the paint. Self-healing closes light scuffs with heat. It does not replace torn film. Ceramic at the thicknesses on the ceramic page is not an impact shield. Clear coat that is peeling or oxidized through is not corrected back to new and is not coated. A scratch a fingernail catches has left the clear coat. Polish will not close it. We do not promise a chip-free year on the coast road or the Ayalon.

Collection, hours, keys

You drive the car to the bay unless collection inside Tel Aviv-Yafo has been confirmed. That collection is NIS 350 including VAT each way. It is not available on Saturday, and not on Friday after 11:00. The bay is open Sunday to Thursday 08:30–18:00 and Friday 08:30–13:00. Saturday is closed. Take valuables out of the cabin. We hold the key only while the car is in the bay. We are not a public parking garage.

Liability and disputes

If we damage the car while it is in our care, we put it right or pay the reasonable cost of putting it right, up to the sum you paid for that job, except where Israeli law does not allow a limit. Nothing here limits liability for injury, for fraud, or for a mandatory right under the Consumer Protection Law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
